3-شهادة الممثل السياسي أو القنصلي لإيران في دولة الکویت حيث صدر الحكم من الممثل السياسي للدولة القنصلية الذي أصدر الحكم في إيران بشأن إصدار الحكم والأمر بتنفيذه من الجهات المختصة.
4- شهادة توقيع الممثل السياسي من قبل وزارة الخارجية الإيرانية.
