Certificate of the political or consular representative of Iran in the country of Qatar, where the judgment was issued, with the political representative of the consular country issuing the judgment in Iran regarding the issuance and order of execution of the judgment from the competent authorities
Certificate of signature of the political representative by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran
